The Banyan Tree

My favourite tree is the Banyan tree. It is a very large and majestic tree. It has long roots that hang down from its branches. These roots sometimes grow into the ground and become new trunks. The Banyan tree provides a lot of shade and is a home to many birds, squirrels, and insects. I love to sit and play under its cool shade on sunny days.
