My name is Vinith and I am a first year B. Com. Student of Division ‘A’ having Roll No. 2010. I am writing you this letter to ask for your support on my studies through a scholarship since my family is very poor. My mother works as a house helper and my father is a street vendor. Ever since I started with my schooling I have always maintained good grades with an average of more than 85%, thus I am confident that I can maintain the same grades in this course.
I will also be supporting my two brothers and a sister at the same time and I am planning to get a job after my graduation to support my family. Sir, please assist me by recommending my application for approval of “Student Scholarship Program” so that I will be able to get some money to support my family after I graduate. Enclosed herewith my father’s annual income certificate in case you will need them.
