Write a letter to a watch – dealer , complaining that the watch you recently bought from him is not working properly

Respected Sir ,

​I bought a Rolex Tudor  watch from you on 25th December , 2002. I regret to inform you that it is not working  properly . Every day it goes five minutes slow , and on two occasions it completely stopped working ,though it had been wound properly.

​I am returning it to you with my servant, along with the bill and the guarantee card . I request  you either to thoroughly repair it or to replace it by a new watch .
