Sindhudurg fort is located on the southernmost edge of the Maharashtra coast.

By air : The nearest international airport is Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport, Mumbai.
By Rail : The nearest railhead is Sindhudurg on the Konkan Railway. Kankawadi and Kudal are the other important railway stations nearby.
