Write a letter to a firm pointing out a mistake in the charges for an article .

Respected Sir ,

​Your bill dated 12 th July , 2003 , seems to be incorrect . If I remember rightly , I bought the Atlas fountain – pen costing Rs. 210/- only . Will you be good enough to check your records ? As soon as we have straightened out this matter , I shall send you a cheque .
