How to Reach
Shegaon is a town of moderate size. Trains running on the main Howrah to Mumbai line stop here. State Transport buses and private bus services are readily available from major cities across the region.

Being a major pilgrimage center, Shegaon attracts devotees all year round. Thursdays are considered a particularly auspicious day for a visit.

Cheap but comfortable accommodation is provided by the Gajanan Maharaj Sansthan at their 'Bhakta Niwas' complexes. Private hotels and other lodgings are also available for visitors.
