Subject: Complaint letter regarding poor quality of computer purchased.
On 1st December, 2016, I bought a computer having model number 111222333. I made this purchase at your shop, on 1st December having bill number 999 888 777. I made the payment through my Credit card having number 444 555 666. Unfortunately, your product has not performed well.
Initially, the computer worked very well and I was quite satisfied. I even recommended your company to my friends. However, from the beginning of this month, the images were very blurred, it kept switching off on its own. I tried after a few days again and had the same problem persists.
To resolve the problem, I would appreciate if you kindly send your technician. It would be better to replace the computer with a new one as it seem to be a faulty one.
