mummy,
I
wanted so much to attend Neetu Didi’s wedding, but I’m afraid I won’t be able
to our preliminary Examinations will being the day after tomorrow. They will,
of course, end on the 2nd of February, but after that we have to
follow a strict regimen of studies. The school has arranged lectures by some
expert educationists. They will guide us as to how to answer the SSC question
papers. We shall also be preparing for the practicals. Professor Jhulewala has
promised to coach me and five of my classmates in Mathematics.
I
can’t afford to miss a single day.
Convey
my deep regrests to Neetu Didi. I know she will be terribly disappointed. I
shall write to her as well.
It
would be great if you five a separate wedding present to her on my behalf.
Maybe that will make her feel better. Do explain to her, and tell her that I
shall visit her new home immediately after my examinations.
Love to Chunnu and Munnu. Is Tommy up to
