  3. Leasehold property is to be run for 10 years w.e.f 1st October 2012.
    Ans- 1 year=12 months 12×10 years
    1st oct to 31st march is 6 months
    So, 80000×6÷120=4000

      Like. 80000÷10=8000
      8000*6÷12=4000

      Ans. 40000×10%×6÷12 = 3000
